Experience a rare opportunity to step inside an interior designer’s newly renovated Modernist residence. Located within the architecturally significant private community of Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club—built between 1964 and 1972 and spanning 120 acres—this exceptional property is a treasure trove of collectible 20th-century design and art.

Designed in 1972 by architect Richard A. Harrison, the 2,450 sq ft home now features a brand-new designer kitchen, three bathrooms, glamorous primary suite, guest room, home office and two private indoor sunrooms—all seamlessly integrated into the home’s original Modernist character.

The interiors feature authentic vintage furniture and lighting by celebrated modernist designers including Warren Platner, Pierre Paulin, Gaetano Sciolari, Vittorio Dassi, George Nelson, Ray and Charles Eames, Harry Bertoia, Jan Ekselius, Hans Olsen and John Van Koert for Drexel. Pieces from Herman Miller, Architectural Pottery and contemporary French designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec complement the architecture beautifully.

An outstanding art collection enriches the space, featuring works by Stan Bitters, Josef Albers, Claude Venard, Charles Livier, Max Gunther, Marcello Fantoni and local artists Gary Wexler and John De La Rosa.

Owners Annalisa Capurro—interior designer, preservationist, and Modernism Week Board Member and Mark Davis—business owner—have meticulously renovated this once-neglected residence, honoring the architect’s original vision and the glamour of the lost 1970s interiors.

Situated beside the 13th hole, where President Eisenhower famously scored his only hole-in-one in 1968, the tour offers visitors the rare opportunity to meet the owners and experience this remarkable transformation.

This Interior Design Spotlight Tour pairs seamlessly with the lecture earlier in the day at 9 AM by homeowner, Annalisa Capurro, Before and After: A Designer’s Own Modernist Renovation from a Purist Perspective, offering guests a behind-the-scenes look at the story of the home’s transformation.
