Secondly, there's now an "X" button in the top left which when clicked will stop showing that user ads from that advertisers campaigns. Once people realize that button exists and you're running nasty (read: high CTR) ads, good luck getting impressions. It's pretty obvious that if/when your ad gets a certain number of X's, your ad will be flagged for review - no more fat hoes in your ad pics.
